An AI-Enabled Project is a SPLAT Labs project where all AI features are unlocked for that project. AI enablement is per project, one-time, and non-expiring. Once a project is AI-enabled, it stays that way for the lifetime of that project, subject to reasonable use. Use of AI features is subject to our reasonable use policy.

When AI is enabled on a project, you unlock: AI Floor Plan Generation (automatic 2D floor plans with accurate room outlines), AI Virtual Staging (AI-generated furniture and interior staging with multiple style options), Measurements & Annotations (AI-assisted measurements and intelligent geometry understanding), and all future AI features at no additional charge. AI enablement is feature-complete, not à-la-carte.

AI enablement is a one-time $35 fee per project. It is not monthly, not usage-based, and does not expire. Some plans include AI-enabled projects so you can get started without any extra charge. Use of AI features is subject to our reasonable use policy.

Free: 2 AI-enabled projects included. Starter: 0 included, but you can enable AI on any project for $35. Business: 10 additional AI-enabled projects (12 total, including the 2 from Free). Enterprise: Custom number with volume pricing. You can always add more AI-enabled projects for $35 each, regardless of your plan.

Select any non-AI-enabled project, click "Enable AI," and pay the one-time $35 fee. AI becomes permanently enabled on that project instantly. No subscription changes are required.

No. AI enablement is permanent for that project and does not transfer between projects. Once enabled, it remains active for the lifetime of the project, subject to our reasonable use policy. If your subscription lapses or downgrades, AI-enabled projects remain AI-enabled — access depends on whether the project is still active under your plan.

Yes. AI enablement is for reasonable use: normal professional use for that project. The one-time fee is not a license for unlimited bulk or automated image generation, resale of AI-generated imagery, or other use that clearly exceeds reasonable personal or professional use. The SPLAT Labs Hardware Bundle includes 3 AI-enabled projects, along with a Starter Plan, 5 active projects, and a 3-month duration. It's a great way to experience the full AI workflow right out of the box.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance for viewer traffic (people viewing your splats). This covers normal client sharing, embeds, and public links. Most customers never think about it. If a project becomes very popular, we'll notify you well before you hit your limit and help you upgrade. Enterprise plans include custom traffic limits and overage options.
