What plans are available?

What's included in the Free plan?

• 2 active projects
• AI floor plan generation
• AI virtual staging (on 2 projects)
• Unlimited sharing
• Basic viewing and navigation
• No credit card required

What's an "active project"?

An active project is one that's currently published and accessible. You can archive projects to free up slots without deleting data.

What happens if I exceed my project limit?

You'll need to either:

1. Archive existing projects
2. Delete unused projects
3. Upgrade to a higher tier

We won't automatically delete your content.

Billing and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• PayPal
• Wire transfer (Enterprise only)
• Invoice billing (Enterprise only)

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing saves approximately 15-17% compared to monthly rates.

Bonus: Business annual subscribers receive +10 AI Floorplan & Virtual Staging projects FREE.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Upgrading: Takes effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference.

Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Account Settings
3. Click "Manage Subscription"
4. Select "Cancel"

Your access continues until the end of your paid period.

Refunds

What's your refund policy?

• Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
• Annual plans: Prorated refund within 30 days of purchase
• Hardware: 30-day return policy (unused, original packaging)

I was charged incorrectly

Contact support@splatlabs.ai with:

• Your account email
• Transaction date
• Amount charged
• Description of the issue

We'll investigate and resolve within 2 business days.

Hardware Bundles

PortalCam includes a subscription?

Yes! Every PortalCam purchase includes:

• 1 year of Splat Labs Starter Plan ($144 value)
• 5 active projects
• All Starter features

After the first year, you can continue with any plan (including Free).

What happens after the included year?

Options after your included year:

1. Continue with Starter — Pay the regular monthly/annual rate
2. Upgrade to Business — More projects and features
3. Downgrade to Free — Keep 2 projects

Enterprise

How does Enterprise pricing work?

Enterprise pricing is based on:

• Number of projects
• Number of users
• Storage requirements
• Support level needed

Yes. Contact our sales team for:

• Multiple hardware purchases
• Large project counts
• Multi-year commitments

Is custom billing available?

Enterprise customers can request:

• Net-30/60 payment terms
• Invoice billing
• Purchase orders
