What plans are available?

Pricing is based on number of active projects, not storage. There are no storage limits or per-GB charges.

What's included in the Free plan?

• 2 active projects
• AI features included on both projects (floor plans, virtual staging, scene redesign)
• Unlimited sharing via link
• Basic viewing and navigation
• No credit card required

What's an "active project"?

An active project is one that's currently published and accessible to viewers. You can archive projects to free up slots without deleting your data.

What happens if I exceed my project limit?

You'll need to either:

1. Archive existing projects to free up slots
2. Delete unused projects
3. Upgrade to a higher plan tier

We will never automatically delete your content.

AI Add-On Pricing

How much do AI features cost?

AI features are unlocked on a per-project, one-time basis:

• $35 per project (one-time, not recurring)
• Once a project is AI-enabled, it stays enabled permanently
• All AI features are included: floor plans, virtual staging, scene redesign, measurements, and any future AI features

How many AI-enabled projects do I get?

How do I enable AI on a project?

1. Select a non-AI-enabled project
2. Click "Enable AI"
3. Pay the one-time $35 fee

The AI enablement is permanent and does not require subscription changes.

Does AI enablement expire if I downgrade?

AI-enabled projects remain AI-enabled permanently. If a subscription lapses or downgrades, AI features remain available on previously enabled projects as long as those projects remain active.

Billing and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• PayPal
• Wire transfer (Enterprise only)
• Invoice billing (Enterprise only)

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 15–17% compared to monthly rates.

Bonus: Business annual subscribers receive +10 AI-enabled projects FREE (in addition to the 2 included with the Free tier, giving you 12 AI-enabled projects total).

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Upgrading: Takes effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference.

Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Account Settings
3. Click "Manage Subscription"
4. Select "Cancel"

Your access continues until the end of your paid period.

Refunds

What's your refund policy?

• Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
• Annual plans: Prorated refund within 30 days of purchase
• Hardware: 30-day return policy (unused, in original packaging)

I was charged incorrectly

Contact support@splatlabs.ai with your account email, transaction date, amount charged, and a description of the issue. We'll investigate and resolve within 2 business days.

Hardware Bundles

Does the PortalCam include a Splat Labs subscription?

Yes — but only when purchased through Splat Labs or a qualified reseller. Buying the PortalCam directly from XGRIDS does NOT include the free year.

Every PortalCam purchased through Splat Labs includes:

• 1 year of Splat Labs Starter Plan ($144 value)
• 5 active projects
• All Starter features

Is there financing available for hardware?

No. Hardware must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Financing is not currently available.

What happens after the included year?

After the free year from a hardware bundle:

1. Continue with Starter — Pay the regular monthly/annual rate
2. Upgrade to Business — More projects and features
3. Downgrade to Free — Keep 2 projects (your data is preserved)

Enterprise

How does Enterprise pricing work?

Enterprise pricing scales by number of active projects and users:

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Contact our sales team for multiple hardware purchases, large project counts, or multi-year commitments.

Is custom billing available?

Enterprise customers can request Net-30/60 payment terms, invoice billing, purchase orders, and custom contracts.
