Uploading Splats
Splat Labs accepts Gaussian Splats from any source. Here's how to upload your files.
Supported Formats

Upload Process
From the Dashboard
- Log in at cloud.rockrobotic.com
- Click the "Upload" button (or drag and drop)
- Select your file(s)
- Wait for processing
- Your project appears in your dashboard
File Size Limits

Processing Time
Processing time depends on file size and complexity:

|---|---|
| Under 100 MB | 1-2 minutes |
| 100-500 MB | 2-5 minutes |
| 500 MB - 1 GB | 5-10 minutes |
| Over 1 GB | 10-20 minutes |
Troubleshooting
Upload Failed

- Verify the file format is supported
- Ensure the file isn't corrupted
- Try a smaller file to test
Processing Takes Too Long
- Large files may take up to 30 minutes
- Check your email for status updates
- Contact support if processing exceeds 1 hour
