The Splat Labs Enterprise plan is built for teams and organizations that need centralized project management, multi-user access, and fine-grained control over who can view, create, and manage 3D Gaussian Splat projects. Enterprise gives your organization a shared workspace β like OneDrive or SharePoint, but for 3D captures β so every team member has access without manual sharing.

User Roles & Permissions
Enterprise provides three roles:
Enterprise Manager
Full administrative control. Can manage users, view and modify all folders and projects, and access all jobs and receipts across the organization.
Creator
Power-user role. Can create folders and projects, manage their own content, and purchase add-ons. Cannot manage other users or access others' projects without explicit access.
User
Standard team member. Can view and modify projects they own or have been granted access to. Cannot create new folders or projects.

Shared Team Workspace
Every project created by any team member is immediately visible to all other members β no sharing invitations required. New team members see all existing projects from day one.
- No manual internal sharing β the team never needs to grant access to each other
- External sharing still works β share with clients via email, shareable links, or folder sharing as usual
- Private projects supported β projects can stay outside the shared workspace when needed
Regional Data Storage
Store project data in a specific AWS region for data residency compliance, regulatory requirements, or geographic performance.

How it works:
- The region is configured when your enterprise account is provisioned
- All projects, raw uploads, and processed data are stored in the selected region
- Data is served through regional CloudFront distributions for fast loading
- When a user joins an enterprise in a different region, their existing project files are automatically copied to the enterprise's region
- The region is permanent β changing it after setup requires manual migration, so confirm before provisioning
White Label Branding
Enterprise removes all Splat Labs branding from the 3D viewer. When your clients view a shared scan, they see your company's branding β not ours. This is an upgrade from Business plan's "reduced branding."

Pricing scales by number of active projects and users. All plans available monthly or annually (annual saves ~15β17%).
